Philanthropy "the love of humanity"

The Great Turtle Kayak Tours' team is committed to an ethos of caring for people and our planet.
Our objectives include protecting our Great Lakes and delivering nature education.

Our tours and operations are how we internally fulfill our objectives, and we view the organizations that we work with and donate to as partners in achieving our goals. We donate our capital in the form of time, money, tours, relationships, venue, education, team building and work to other organizations with missions that align with ours.

Each year, our leadership team contributes at least 2% of our total income to efforts that align with our ethics and core values.

In addition, each member of our team is encouraged to donate up to $1000 worth of tours annually to charities whose mission aligns with ours. The tours can be redeemed directly by constituents of the charity organization, or used to raise funds for the charity organization.
